HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER GETS SHIPPED?
If it’s in stock and ready to ship, we ship your order the next business day.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
We offer free tracking on all of our shipments, domestic and international. A tracking email will be sent to the email address you checked out with by the shipping service we have selected for your order. If you would like the tracking information sent to an alternate email address, please provide the address in the notes section at checkout. After placing your order, please wait 1-2 business days for the tracking email to be delivered. If you have not received an email with your tracking number after this time, please email info@waterfrontlogostore.com to request a tracking number. Tracking numbers usually take 24 hours to activate after the shipping company has picked up the package.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
Shipping to addresses in South Africa will be offered through Fastway, a door-to-door courier. EMS will offer international Shipping tracked postage. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date or require other special services, please email us info@waterfrontlogostore.com and we’ll take care of you. The Waterfront Logo reserves the right to use its discretion when selecting shipping services.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
South African courier orders take between 2-4 days. International EMS orders take between 7-15 days from the postage date. Please be aware that some countries may have customs clearances, which add time to the shipment. Please make sure someone is available to receive your shipment.
WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS DAMAGED?
This is rare as we package your order in protective wrap to ensure it isn’t damaged. Packaging may show signs of travel, but the product enclosed should be as new. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you experience damaged goods as a result of shipping.
RETURN POLICY
We realize that not all products fit just right, so you may need to return or exchange the product. If you feel a return is necessary, please email us at info@waterfrontlogostore.com. When contacting us please provide your order number, a detailed list of which items you wish to return, and why you would like to return them. The customer will arrange to return the product to The Waterfront Logo Store. Once the product arrives at us and passes inspection for “new condition,” we will either send you the desired product of exchange or issue you a refund. The customer's responsibility is to return the product and subsequent exchange delivery charges. If an incorrect product was shipped to the customer or the purchased product arrived damaged, The Waterfront Logo Store will reimburse the customer for any shipping charges related to the return or replacement of the purchased product. The Waterfront Logo Store reserves the right to implement a 30% re-stocking fee on any returned product for a refund/exchange that is not in “new condition” unless the product was damaged in transit. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Refused shipments will not be refunded. If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped, please wait until the order has been delivered to you, then send an email with a return request to info@waterfrontlogostore.com
TAXES AND DUTIES
You are responsible for all local taxes, VAT, duties, etc. associated with your order.
